Had the nachos bell grande combo. Food tasted fine, but a few hours later I knew something was wrong. I spent the next 36 hours with pretty extreme nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever complete with delirium from the fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
