Ate at Old Chicago Pizza on 8/12/2018 for dinner. The meat pasta sauce did taste a little different and a few hours later suffered from severe food poisoning. Notified the manager by phone to warn about the sauce but didn’t seem to care.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
