Ate a salad at 1:15pm with brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, green salsa, and corn salsa. Started feeling bad around 6pm. Nausea, bloated stomach, malaise, hot and cold flashes. Vomited extremely violently around 10pm. Still feeling terrible. Not over yet.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain

I got a chocolate milkshake around 6 pm Dec 2nd. Shared with my girlfriend but I drank most of it, she got diarrhea within 1 hour, mine after 2 hours, hurting nausea, we both agree it must have been the milk shake that did this to us.… See more

Ate at Sunspot in July. Was sick with typical food poisoning symptoms the night of the meal (vomiting, fever, etc.). In August, was hospitalized with salmonella bacterimia, which could have been fatal had it not been caught early.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
