On 6/17/16, purchased hot food (pulled pork, vegetable fried rice) and from salad bar (red cabbage, sea weed salad). 3 hours after eating I had horrible stomach pains and vomited all night, with some diarrhea. I was very sick for 3 days, and could barely stand up.… See more

Pregnant wife and i decided to give chipotle one more try after avoiding it for months...it was a mistake. Within 4 hours stomach issues starting occuring (bloating,cramps) at around 3am she began vomiting and diariah wich has cycled until perscriprion medicine was taken at 11am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
