Bought hamburger helper beef stroganoff, prepared today exactly according to package, within about 30-45 minutes after consuming 2 servings I started experiencing horrible cramps and gurgling abdominal sounds. Violent painful diarrhea ensued with nausea and heaving. Other symptoms include trembling /shivers.

We ordered food for a company lunch. I ended up in the ER with fluids needed. 5 other team members are also having symptoms of vomiting. This must have been mainly the glow bowl and another bowl that got people sick as others who did not eat the bowls did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
