On Tuesday 8/6/19 around 6pm my husband ordered the beef tacos with flour tortillas and all the toppings. He had horrible food poisoning that caused him to vomit (and more) for over 12hrs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate their rice noodle bowl-big mistake. Rice noodles were undercooked. Got the tofu and shrimp and savory veggies. Immediately had stomach pain right after. Had diarrhea, and then threw up the woko loco bowl in the middle of the night. Will never eat again. Worst afternoon/evening of my life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate a chicken bowl with rice black beans lettuce brown rice guacamole sour cream and cheese last night for dinner around 10:00 pm. Five hours later at 3 am had nausea vomiting diarrhea abdominal pain and after few more hours fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Near the bottom of my burrito bowl I found a piece of plastic. At first I thought it was either a fingernail or skin. I reported it to the manager and got a refund on my meal.
