I was eating a salad mix with romaine lettuce on October 1-3..went to er on October 4th, 2018 and was hospitalized with kidney failure due to e coli..could not figure out where the e coli came.from until the news broke last night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

2/14/18 I ate a caniac combo around 8 PM...my stomach began to hurt around 9 but subsided. At 12 AM I woke up with diarrhea and proceeded with throwing up for 6 hours straight. Got so bad to the point I passed out while throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a sandwich from subway with bacon, rotisserie chicken and some veggies.
Later that day I felt sick and then that night I vomited everything I ate and I had diarrhea at the same time.
This was Monday November 13th 2017.
