At approximately 12:00pm March 17,2021, I ate a Caribbean jerk chicken sándwich. At 3:30 I began to have stomachache and uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting for the ready of the night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
