My family had pizza for lunch and had leftovers for dinner on Wednesday. Hours later, one person got sick. As no one else in my family had symptoms and is still recovering, I'm not sure whether it is the stomach bug going around or how Domino's prepared the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills

Had chipotle delivered for lunch yesterday i experienced a little stomach ache pain about 2hrs later. The pain progressed to diarrhea and sweats chills. Wasn’t sure what this was I got home and ate the extra chicken in the cup.
