My daughter went to the ER twice in 1 day after eating chicken nuggets I called restaurant twice and person who I could not understand told me to go fill out a form. Going to call tomorrow and call the health department as well  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had a plain double cheeseburger, no bun. My stimach started cramping and nausea set in within about 30 mins - vomiting a couple hours later with terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate at there, i had a decaf almond milk frappuchino and a cake pop. About 30-45 minutes later i got extreme cramping and nausea, went to the bathroom and resulted in explosive diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

Ate at about 11am spicy nuggets fries and a smoothie. 5-6 hrs later when I’m at Walmart I start feeling nauseous, when I get home I instantly threw up. Could barely sleep through the night, threw up a total of 4 times had to use the bathroom about 5 times the whole night. I still feel so sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
