I ate a chicken sandwich with fries and a lemonade at about 6:30pm on 03/30/2019. By 1:30am, I was experiencing some abdominal discomfort and mild cramps that were enough to keep me from going to sleep. By 5:30, i’m vomiting at having diarrhea at the same. I believe the loaded mash potatoes were the culprit, as 5 people ate and that is the only thing I had that no one else did. I started throwing up and the runs around 1am after eating around 6pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I got a 10 piece nugget meal with fries and a diet Coke. Since then I have had diarrhea 4 times and felt very nauseous and sick to my stomach. I ate there at about 5:00pm today, and I started feeling sick within an hour or so, and have felt sick for about 5 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
