I’m 15 weeks pregnant, had breakfast in this IHOP location on 5/19/18 right after start having diarrhea had to see a doc twice. Both said I eat something that was raw or had some bacteria. Was diagnosed with gastroenteritis  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas

I went to chipotle about 1pm. I ordered a kids meal which consisted of two steak tacos with cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. My drink was a chocolate milk. That is the only thing I ate all day and I fell so ill around 8pm I could barely bathe my daughter without her help (toddler).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
