Purchased Mama Cozzi's supreme self-rising crust pizza from here on 4/8/2021 and cooked it for my husband (I didn't eat any). In about 3 hours after eating the pizza (10pm), he was vomiting and having diarrhea every 30 minutes until about 3:30am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

showed it to him. He agreed that it was not acceptable. When the replacement steak came it was just as bad. I could barely eat it as they had poured about an eighth of an inch of black pepper. I scraped it off, but was so tough I only had a few bites. It hit me before I got home fifteen minutes away. Like an explosion. I yelled all the way home it hurt so much. Diarrhea like I had never seen before. I called the manager and today called the Health Department.
