Yesterday I ate a roasted turkey apple and cheddar sandwich broccoli and cheddar soup and a green tea. Within about 30 minutes I had diarrhea and within 3 hours I was vomiting.Panera is usually a very good place to eat and Im sure this was a one off incident.
