I ate 2 slices of pizza around 830 pm Saturday. By midnight it was coming back out both ends. The smell was horrid and the taste in my mouth was that of spoiled milk. It is now Sunday 10:05 pm Ive taken 5 showers still cannot keep anything down. Ive had th chills  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Went to taco bell on herseberger Rd on 7/23/2017 around 2:30pm. Came home ate then around 5:30 my stomach started hurting. I got really bloated and nausea. Ate there on July 22 around 7pm. Had Vegetarian sushi, general tsos chicken, teriyaki chicken, and fried cream cheese wantons. Began feeling nauseous around 1am and have been shaky, lightheaded, nausea, and experience diarrhea throughout the whole night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
