I ate 2 slices of pizza around 830 pm Saturday. By midnight it was coming back out both ends. The smell was horrid and the taste in my mouth was that of spoiled milk. Went to taco bell on herseberger Rd on 7/23/2017 around 2:30pm. Came home ate then around 5:30 my stomach started hurting. I got really bloated and nausea.
