I ordered orange chicken from here. In less than an hour I became extremely sick, nauseous, vomiting, diarrhea, horrible stomach cramps. I had to call 911 and stayed the night in the emergency room. I thought I was dying.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ordered a teriyaki shrimp entree last night, right before they were closing. Half way into eating the meal I noticed the cabbage, broccoli, giant carrot slices were severely brownish/black.
