Ate Mac and cheese, diet lemonade, and a deluxe chicken sandwich at 8:30 pm yesterday. Lettuce on sandwich had large black blotches. Discarded lettuce and still a sandwich. Woke up with food poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Ordered a medium mac n cheese and roughly 2.5 hours later threw up violently at work and was sent home. Then proceeded to throw up and have diarrhea until midnight. I don't know what caused my problems with vomiting, chills, and diarrhea. I think it may be the clam chowder the other day ago that had at home or just a virus Restaurant meals didn't cause it. Bought a double box of lucky charms at Sam's club yesterday. Ate 1 bowl and had terrible diarrhea, cramping and nausea. Almost threw up and had green feces.
