Arugula Food Poisoning

Arugula and other leafy greens are one of the leading causes of food poisoning. According to the CDC, from 1998 to 2008 they caused 262 outbreaks involving 8,836 cases of illness. Arugula food poisoning can start when the greens become contaminated by dirty growing conditions or at packaging plants.

Ordered Shroomami bowl, which came with arugula or romaine lettuce and side dressing of spicy cashew. In about 6 hours I felt nauseous, followed by vomiting and diarrhea and muscle pain. Lasted about 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Muscle Pain

Not certain but 5 hours after raw arugula salad upset stomach rumbling all night, lower stomach mostly discomfort some pain and now D 10 hours later . Husband however had it too and seems fine.
