This was on April 8th and it was like 10pm. Me and my boyfriend got the same thing. It was bbq boneless wing and chili cheese tattor tots with green chile.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

On 4/4 I ate one slice of the Memphis Chicken BBQ and 2 slices of the Philly Cheesesteak, within hours I had diarrhea. On 4/6 I ate 2 more slices of the Philly for lunch and was vomiting and experienced serious diarrhea within 2 hours. Symptoms lasted 12 hours. My 18 month also had symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
