I ate a big bowl of strawberry banana cheerios, and within a couple hours I was having reflux, burps , diarrhea and felt so bloated. It's lasted over 24 hours now. Ate a bowl of Equate Frosted Bite Size Mini Wheat and immediately got heartburn. Before bed that night developed extreme bloating and gas. The next morning had diarrhea.
