The Cajun Filet Club sandwich with fries and a mountain dew. Symptoms appeared a few hours after eating it, which lead to leaving work early due to vomiting. I ate a grilled chicken sandwich with fries between 6:45 & 7:00pm on April 2, 2016. I started getting sick around 8pm that night. My daughter and her friend had the same symptoms as well.
