Went to IHOP late in the evening, got my usual (chicken tender basket with a side of gravy), and within hours began feeling ill. Would not recommend, as the meal was the problem, my mate was fine. (Had pancakes and coffee)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My boyfriend and I had nugggets and a chicken sandwich each. Within an hour of eating, I was lightheaded with nausea. I had tingling in my left hand. Then back and forth on the toilet until I finally threw up now. Now at 2am, my boyfriend is going through the same thing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
