I had a meal at Nando's at 9pm last night - a lemon and herb chicken pitta (plain, no veg/salad etc) with chips and mash. The food was fine when I ate it but now I'm SO sick. I had a softitas bowl with white rice, pinto beans, mild and corn salsa. I also had chips and a drink. I did find a piece of meat in my bowl. It may have been steak. I ate Inn sunday late afternoon, and the symptoms started Monday morning. It was the only thing I ate Sunday. I had the Vito with mustard and Jalen I chips.
