I consumed the Maple Brownsugar Oatmeal at Tim Hortons and within 2 hours of eating I had diarrhea. Several years prior, I consumed a Tim Horton's Hot Chocolate at a different Toronto location and I had diarrhea within 2 hours of consuming the beverage as well. I purchased a chocolate biscotti from 7-11 and about a half hour later, I was vomiting and had diarrhea (gotta love NYC's 'purchase food and you can use our bathroom' policy).
