I had a 2 entree plate with chow mein, beef broccoli, and the teriyaki chicken. I had this for dinner on 1/15/2020 and now I am constantly having to go to the bathroom to diarrhea. Then I threw up my whole breakfast. And not my stomach is so sore and I am so nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Soreness

I think it was take out from there. I ate about an hour ago. I had a few bites of the Szechuan chicken, Charlie's chow mein and two crispy spring rolls. Between chow mein and orange chicken Ate dinner at 8 or so and then by 1130 I was throwing up everywhere stomach aches and pains and started to because nauseous and have diarrhea and its not 7pm the next night and symptoms have not improved but gotten worse  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
