I ate chow mein orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp immediately when I got home and ate the honey walnut shrimp the taste was very off very gross almost as if the shrimp was bad so I did call and complain I came in the next day… See more

I ate chow mein and orange chicken. That same night I didn’t feel good at all. The next day my stomach was bloated, I had nausea all day and started getting chills mid day. At night is when I had the fever and stomach pains went away. I felt very dizzy  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain

Ate there twice. First time I felt queasy for a few hours then threw up until my stomach was empty. Second time about an hour after I had extreme diarrhea. Not fun. Had chow mein both times. Wonder if that was it? Doubt I'll ever go back. Still recovering from that second bout.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
