I ate at here and got a hot fudge sundae from McDonald's on 28 and whitehall not long before dark and started getting sick shortly after very sick until about 4am i ate green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, squash and cornbread  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate one cornbread around 8pm now I been having diarrhea for two hours I can’t fall asleep I hope I feel better soon. I bought a pack of 12 I will be throwing it out.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

11-16-2019 @ approx 7 p.m.
I ate salad (both iceberg & mixed-breed lettuce) with ranch dressing; rice w/Orange Chicken, 1 pc of fried chicken, and cornbread.
Began having stomach cramping & urgent diarrhea a mere 2 hours later - that lasted most of the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I are in 4/18/19 at 11:45am, I had the brisket, chicken, turkey, beans, Mac and cheese, green beans and cornbread. I started getting sick within a few hours by 2-2:30pm the same day. I was vomiting by 8pm that night and am still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
