Croissants Food Poisoning

Croissants can be a source of food poisoning. Raw flour has been linked to E.coli outbreaks. E.coli causes severe stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. Salmonella bacteria from raw eggs may cause symptoms of fever, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. Illness after croissant consumption could also be due to an allergy.

didn't feel right but wasn't that bad. I systematically went over what I ate, thinking it was either the chips, milk, or eggs, not even considering the Claussen did it, so I threw the others away to not risk food poisoning again (I've had food poisoning 3-4 times in my life, some serious some not so much). Yesterday evening I ate a croissant egg cheese sausage sandwich, Claussen pickle, and Lays potato chips. Watched tv and went to sleep. Got up a few hours later not feeling well, went to the bathroom sat on the toilet, my body started to overheat and sweat profusely and have diarrhea. Googles both Lays potato chips and Claussen pickles this morning and realize it's the pickles. I'm pissed as hell that they weren't taken off the shelves until Claussen can correct the problem!? I'm contacting Claussen directly along with the health department.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Sweating

Honestly not even sure why I ate it after I saw it because it was super soggy and odd looking. I went to this chicken salad chick on 12/02/23, i got the jalepeno holly on croissant with cheese, macaroni and a strawberry lemonade. Half an hour later i began to experience extreme nausea + vomiting and a migraine.
My husband also had diarrhea. I still feel awful four hours later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Migraine
