I ate on Friday a bowl of rice, hummus and falafel along with onions , pickles , tomato and cucumber. It was around 7 or 8 pm o’clock , started seeing symptoms at 2 am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

July 22. I had the falafel salad, my husband had the chicken Cobb salad, my kids the kid meal (chicken, cooked veggies, toast).
My husband and I got diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, but not the kids. What we are in common was the lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
