Ordered a falafel gyro on pita with tzatziki. Normally, I order it with the garlic sauce at other locations and enjoy it. This I did not enjoy, and felt sick within a few minutes. I had a falafel salad bowl. An hour later I felt a slight stomachache. But then a few hours after my stomach was hurting so bad that I couldn’t sleep all night and it’s still aching. I took pepto bismuth to see if it helps but it doesn’t seem to be working. I will never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Had a falafel bowl with rice and spinach. Restaurant was crowded, and tables were not being bused quickly. About 18 hours later, I was experiencing headaches and horrible nausea and vomiting, could not keep anything down (not even water).
