Chicken wrap with side of fruit. About 6 hours later I was nauseous and vomiting. That subsided quickly but I still feel nauseous and fatigued. Kids at at the same time but had regular chicken sandwich and fries so I'm guessing something in the lettuce or fruit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
