8/25/18 saturday evenning I purchased macaroni salad from wlamart deli and consumed some of it for dinner that evening. Next morning i woke up with extreme diarrhea then became fatigued, had fever, chills,, then hot flahes and felt very bad all day sunday and monday  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Fatigue

We brought home macaroni salad, chicken tenders and general tsos chicken. Along with French steak rolls (bread). Ate around 9 pm and started symptoms of projectile vomiting and severe diarrhea. I went last night June 4th at around 9:45pm right before closing and got my 5 year old a side of macaroni and cheese. She ate all of it and this morning at 630am she woke up throwing up.
