Yesterday I had a Chopt salad wrap and so did my husband. We got two separate orders which shared romaine lettuce and Mexican ceaser dressing. We both got extremely sick. 10-15 minutes after I got chills and brushed it off trying to sleep, woke up at 9 diarrhea, vommiting, stomach cramp, etc. No  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Vomiting, Nausea
