I bought it around 5 and by 10 i was on the toilet stomach cramping the next day i could barely get my baby dressed for day care i was scared i was going to use the bathroom on myself when i got to work i was sent home with meds.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ate around 9am in the McDonald’s in Naples airport.
Double chicken BBQ meal with a strawberry milkshake.
Began to feel sick on the plane about 4/5 hours later. 6/7 hours later the vomiting began and continued until about 11pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
