Just had a pizza, green peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, red sauce, pesto sauce, olives, mozzarella, and parmesan. I now have a WICKED gut ache and so does my business partner. He had a pizza as well with pesto, no cheese, and green peppers.  | Symptoms: Nausea
