Reported to them. was VERY VERY sick ended up in the hospital Saturday night with severe stomach pains. I ate food from this location on Friday evening got sick late Friday night and in the am was a bit better however went down hill from there I felt like I almost died  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate the Caesar salad. Ended up with severe diarrhea and vomiting the next two days, had to go to the hospital to get a stool sample test, blood test, and IV fluids. Stool sample came back positive for a food related parasite.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
