Had a chicken pesto pizza with white sauce. Didn't eat anything else that evening, and a couple hours after eating at Pie Five, was vomiting and had diarrhea for several hours. Woke up once in the middle of the night to vomit, and then felt mostly fine by noon the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
