We got the big box with 1 pepperoni pizza and one with pineapple. The pineapple tasted off but I thought it was a mix of the acidic pineapple with the sauce. 3 out of the 4 party suffered with being sick all night or having a upset stomach all night with diarrhea , we all had pizza with meat on ie chicken, beef , pepperoni, ham etc and we also had the saled bar ie pasta,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My family and I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, mushroom and feta. I am now having symptoms 4 hours later. I'm shivering, throwing up, have diarrhea, náusea and my stomach feels like a blender.
