Wife in Hospital took delivery of Ready Frozen meals Sweet & Sour Chicken with Egg Fried Rice. Caused severe diarrhea 12 hours later.
Duration 2 hours.
Treated with 3 x Loparamide 2mg capules
Ok after 24 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate shrimp with mushrooms and bambu. Other food pork. Fried rice (ham cubes).
Mushroom had sour, very bad taste, spit it out and did not eat those. Slight similar on bambu. Pork had some black color.
