11/11/21- Got food from salad bar . Within 30min after eating, lots of belching and indigestion. Stomach ache and sensation of abdominal cramps started a few hours later, with headache and body aches. Today, 10 Nov 21., Ordered the Chicken and Shrimp carbonara at this restaurant. Ate the meal, including the salad, around 1600. At 1715, stomach started to gurgle and I became bloated with gas.
