Ate a turkey bacon sandwich that didn't taste right. 4hrs later my stomach was cramping, projectile vomiting and diarrhea, Just me thank goodness. 4hrs. I know it was from the food. i got turkey and cheese sandwitch and mac n cheese and about an hour after i ate it i felt super faint and nauseated and had diarrhea all night long for 2 days and was super dehydrated! same thing happened to boyfriend the next day!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My brother and I went there for lunch, Fri, 21 June 2019. I saw no one wearing hair nets or gloves, and the cafe smelt of sewage. Turkey, beef... bro puked right away, I held it until I got home.
