Been extremely ill since getting the hakku chuala/mixed veggie bowl on 04/10/25 around 8:30pm. Dehydration, diarrhea, uncontrollable vomiting until my stomach was empty. On Sunday, March 9th, 2025, around 6 pm in Louisville Kentucky at El Nopal (Eastern Parkway) I ordered Tilapia tostadas and veggie fajitas. The fajitas had meat in it and the tilapia was cold.
