I ate only 1 thing all day and it was at Buffalo Wild Wings in Terminal B at JFK. I was so ill on my flight they deviated course and almost landed at an alternate airport destination because a doctor on board thought I was having a heart attack. Went in last Sunday to watch football. Had chicken wings and veggies/dip, and felt fine up until about 5 hours later. Violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night, and was (relatively) fine by the morning. Did not have a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
