In days 1-2 I could hardly spend 30 mins off the toilet because the bloating/stomach ache/constapation wouldn't go away. Only started getting real shit again in day 2-3 when I took laxatives, some fiber powder stuff & drank kombucha but all that's done is mitigate these problems.
