08/27/2018 for lunch - I became very gassy during the night of 8/27/18. The gassy/bloated feeling continued all of Tuesday, 08/28/2018, into Wednesday morning. This was accompanied by both diarrhea and severe abdominal cramping (both upper and lower areas).

I had 2 sofritas tacos 8/27/18 around 5:00 pm. Added brown rice, pinto beans, pico de Gallo, and lettuce. I got sick feeling around 11:30 pm and later vomited and had diarrhea in the early morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
