I got a chicken burrito bowl with all the toppings and within 1 hour I was experiencing extreme stomach pain and nausea. 2 hours after eating I vomited everything up and have been having chills and fever symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain

2 of the 4 people who ate the food have nausea, diarrhea and extreme stomach cramping. The food didn't seem to be the hottest when we consumed it. The only thing the two people had in common that they ate was the white rice, cheese and sour cream.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, lettuce and cheese. Felt very queasy after eating and was in the bathroom with painful cramps. Ate left overs the day after thinking it was unrelated and am currently feeling the same way

Had salad with chicken, black beans, cheese, sour cream and salsa at 6:00 pm on 7/31/18. At 1:00 am I was so sick I almost called 911. Violent vomiting, diarrhea, fever for 24 hours. Had to stay home from work. I reported this directly to the restaurant.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
