Ate at approx 1:30pm-4 hours later-vomiting, diahrrea, chills. Only thing I've eaten all day. Can't hold any fluids down. Now I have 100.5 fever  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever
