Everything I bought in the past is great from the restaurant, today I tried the Beyond Meat burger and about 20 to 30 mins later I started burping, mild headache that hours later remained, I felt so bad that I vomited. I had a cheeseburger and got severe diarrhea within 3 hours tha was the worst I ever had in my life. made i thru the night and in the morning i had an Explosive, very messy bowl movement, the first of 10 more. still, go check on that store  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

This is the second (possibly third) time in 6 weeks I bought food at this Carl’s Jr. and 24-36 hours later had extreme diarrhea, nausea, chills, and vomiting. It seems too much of a coincidence for it not to have been the food I ate that caused the symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I ordered a jalapeno lettuce wrap hamburger and after a few bites realized the meat was rotten. It smelled really bad. Took it back in and they have me the new meatless hamburger which was raw and cold not cooked. I was sick for 2 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
