Ordered Cool Wrap meal, dipped in avocado lime ranch, got mac n cheese instead of fries, and a coke. I started to feel dizzy and had the cold sweats for the following hour and then ended up puking, but didn’t have much relief. On 12/5 I ate a spicy chicken sandwich. 8 hours later I had a fever of 101, aches, increased fatigue, and nausea that resulted in vomiting. The fever lasted 24 hours and the nausea turned to diarrhea, which still persists on 12/7.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Fatigue, Body Ache
