Ate the burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, sofritas, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and a side of guacamole around 2p. At 6p, I got so nauseous, I went to lay down. Woke up at 8p with the chills, a fever and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
